It was the first time my daughter received the type of sedative suggested by the doctor, yet it failed to stop her from moving around. I was simply told that a child's reaction cannot be known without actually trying the drug—treating her like a lab rat. They wasted both my time and her father's—causing us to miss work and take an Uber—and my daughter was terrified; throughout the sedation, she kept trying to stand up and move, which posed a risk of her bumping into things. On top of that, she cried the entire time. Despite all this, we didn't get what we came for: the tooth decay wasn't even removed; they just placed a barrier or something similar. I understand that the procedure couldn't be performed while she was moving, but the right decision should have been made from the start.

I have 4 children that were all due for a dentist appointment. They scheduled them all for the same day and time which was interesting. When we got there we had no idea how they were going to make that work with two of us parents and four kids but they managed to pull it off by having 1 kid go back with dad and then they called another kid to go back which dad was back there to handle those two and then they called for another one which is my 1 year old went back and after they did hers they did my oldest last. It all worked out pretty smoothly. A lot was going on at once which became a little overwhelming for me to focus on what they are trying to tell me what one of our kids need and the other. It was a lot to process. It would be helpful to get it on paper what each child needs done rather than just in memory. Other than that I have gone to this very dentist for all my kids for 9 years and I have never had any real issues with this place. And 4 kids is a lot so I don’t blame them for anything when it comes to that.

We've been coming here since 2018 and we absolutely love them. The front ladies are always very nice and attentive and the doctors and assistants are always very thorough and professional. We have since moved out of Tacoma and still drive down from North Seattle (45mins) just to keep this as our primary children's dentistry. The only change i wished to see was that they have bigger exam chairs because my child is very tall (6'2) for 13 but thats an us issue and not the businesses fault LOL. Highly recommend

I’ve been taking my child here for the past 9 years and we loved our dentist! He always took the time to explain things and make the checkup educational and kid friendly. This past visit was horrible by comparison and I have concerns with the quality of care now being administered. I’m not sure if this location has been taken over by new management, or if something else is going on, but our most recent visit there was a totally new dentist, the hygienist told us was from a temp company, and they spent all of 2 minutes doing the cleaning, checkup, and education. I brought up a previous challenge that we’d had with a cavity not getting filled because of an issue with the sedation not working plus my child’s sensory issues, and the dentist said there was nothing they could do, other than “brush better” to deal with the existing cavity. Then she demonstrated “how to brush teeth” by aggressively scrubbing side to side with the toothbrush, which made my daughter cry and fuss (especially because of her sensory struggles, which is in her file). The dentist said the solution is to just make my child lie down and brush her teeth for her, even if she cries. Then the dentist rushed out to

My children has been coming to this dental clinic for the last 3 years. The dental assistant and dentist were very friendly at the beginning; however, the past 2 appointments that we’ve attended- there is a dental assistant who seemed to be annoyed and irritated at my kids. She did not speak in a kind tone and seemed like she wasn’t very happy with her job. She was telling my daughter that she needed to take care of her teeth and brush properly (mind you, my daughter had an accident and fell on the playground when she was little and it injured her front tooth)- this dental assistant girl was so rude and assumed that it was her oral hygiene. And the second appointment, she was flossing my other daughter’s teeth for cleaning and she wa doing it so roughly. My daughters gum started to bleed and she even said, “ow,” but this stupid dental assistant girl acted like she wasn’t doing it rough and said, “that’s why it hurts and it’s bleeding cause you don’t floss your teeth and take care of it.” Her tone was unreasonable and she was very rude. I understand that yes, maybe my kids need to learn better oral hygiene techniques but it doesn’t give you the right to talk to them like that. It wa
